Over the past few years, I have been trying to reduce inflammation from my chronic illness. For 4-6 months I had a lot of difficulty chewing which is why I started juicing. I wrote a list of fruits & vegetables my body can and cannot tolerate. I use the Omega J8008C juicer, it’s compact and does a great job with fruits and leafy greens. I love making beet juice, with some fresh ginger, apples, and carrots. - 3-4 small to medium sized organic beets
- 3 honey crisp apples
- 6 large carrots
- 1 ginger
