Green smoothie
March 22, 2020One of my go-to smoothies that I usually make everyday. This smoothie is full of nutrients, antioxidants, and vitamins! I add my daily supplements in here as well because I have difficulty swallowing pills. Whenever I have guests over I always offer them a green smoothie and they love it, they are never able to guess what I put in it :)
What you’ll need: 1 serving
- 1 Banana
- Organic kale, handful
- Organic spinach, handful
- 1/2 Avacado
- Almond butter 1 tablespoon
- Coconut milk or oat milk half cup
- 2 Ice-cubes
- Honey, 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Probiotics
- Zinc
- Vitamin d/k3 drops
